Who it is for You want the forged bottom end for a 600 to 650 bhp build and you are keeping your own cylinder head. The 2.0 semi-closed-deck casting takes cylinder pressure the open-deck 2.3 block cannot, and the Ford 2.3 crank keeps the 2.3 capacity. Everything is brand new, nothing exchanged, rings and clearances measured and written down.

Step up when Want it built up with a rebuilt head, ARP studs and the oil control kit? Spec B and Spec B+ are the complete engines on this block. Only need 500 bhp? The 500 bhp short engine on a new 2.3 block is the cheaper route. The chart below shows every step.
