Our MAXD Stage 1R remap for the new Ford Ranger 2.3 PHEV: 384 bhp and 729 Nm, proven back to back on the dyno.

The Ranger PHEV pairs Ford's 2.3 EcoBoost petrol engine with an electric motor and a plug-in battery, and from the factory it is quoted at 280 PS and 690 Nm. We developed this Stage 1R calibration on our own development truck in the Pumaspeed dyno cell, and the final map is now done.

Peak torque arrives at 2,806 rpm and peak power at 5,786 rpm, and the Stage 1R map runs ahead of stock right across the rev range, so the gains are there whether you are towing, overtaking or pulling away.

Same truck, same Dastek dyno, corrected figures. Stock run 6 October 2026 (19.0°C, 991 mBar); Stage 1R runs 10 October 2026 (21.2°C, 996 mBar). Engine power is calculated by the dyno from the measured wheel figure. Results on other vehicles may vary with condition, fuel and modifications.
