PUMASPEED - The Home of Puma ST Tuning
As the name 'Pumaspeed', suggests, we just had to get our hands on and do a little good with the brand new Puma ST.
The New Puma ST and Fiesta ST share the same DNA, so it makes great sense to transfer all the data from our astonishing Mk8 ST Stage 1R calibration over to the Puma's slightly updated ECU. After a long dyno and test session to perfect the remap, MAXD placed the torque at a safe level of 360nm and the power for stage 1R at a repeatable 250bhp, all from our completely stock development car.
The road manners are almost factory like with the new Pumaspeed MAXD calibration. It has very linear power delivery, no boost spikes and perfect fuel presure and air fuel ratios. Our initial impressions of the car on the road are quite astonishing, the mid range pull will blow your socks off and the driveability is far better than the original calibration. Combine this with a revised launch control strategy, enhanced overrun and switchable mapping via the sport mode.
Since the release of the 1.5 Dragon engine platform release in 2018 pumaspeed have owned multiple Fiesta ST Mk8s and each one has been developed and developed again. We've had stage 1R, stage 2R, stage 3R with hybrid turbos that have produced upto an incredible 319bhp

Combining simple methods of more air in and more air out with the R-Sport Intercooler and full turbo back exhaust, this package maximises the standard turbocharger on the Puma ST with the MAXD Out remapping software making up to 275bhp on 99 RON pump fuel. |
