G25-550 Bolt on Daily Driver
442.8 bhp. And it still does the Monday commute.
Development is finished on the G25-550 Direct Bolt-On Turbo Kit for the 1.6 EcoBoost ST180. Off-the-shelf hardware. Factory water and oil lines. No fabrication, no custom manifold, and nothing taken away from how the car drives.
It has been a flat-out summer here — 900+ orders, 15 complete engine swaps and dozens of tuning kits out of the door, every single month. This is what we have been finishing in between.

A standard-looking ST180. 442.8 bhp.
The headline run on the MAXD-OUT dyno. Sound on.
The setup
Boost where you actually drive
1.1 bar at 2,500 rpm. In fifth. Under load. That is the number that matters pulling onto a slip road — not the one at 7,600.
- 1.1 bar already on tap by 2,500 rpm in a loaded 5th gear
- 1.45 bar at 3,250 rpm ( Limited by the mapping )
- 1.65 bar at 5,000 rpm ( Limited by the mapping )
- 1.95 bar peak at 7,600 rpm ( Limited by the mapping )
- Power and torque climbing from 2,650 all the way to 7,750 rpm — a 5,000 rpm window
- Rev limit kept to 7750 but we have run the 1.6 ecoboost motor to over 8450

Run 4 on the MAXD-OUT dyno, 440.5 bhp at 7,637 rpm. The best cool run of the day went on to make 442.8 bhp.
Ten pulls. Back to back. No cool-down.
Most headline figures are one cold run. We ran ten, back to back, until it was glowing.
Best run, cool: 442.8 bhp.
Worst run, glowing hot: 423.3 bhp.
Total drop-off across the whole session: 15 to 22 bhp.
The worst number this engine made all day is the number it makes when it has been abused.
Watch the number fall. Run 5 holds 437.3 bhp at 7,588 rpm — then, with the engine fully heat-soaked, the screen overwrites to 423.3 bhp. That is the whole drop, on camera, in one clip.
