Have you always wanted a Quaife LSD in your Fiesta ST180 but not known how to fit it or worried about the costs? Pumaspeed have the solution with our fully assembled low mileage IB6 gearboxes already fitted with the fantastic Quaife LSD! 

We try to keep a number gearboxes sat on the shelf with various mileages ready to swap over with your gearbox. Please call to check stock levels.

This super quick turnaround allows you to simply turn up and drive away with a diff fully fitted all within a 3 hour time slot.

Priced at £1049 you can't go wrong.

The gearbox is rebuilt using a new diff fitting kit and a new Quaife QDF57Z IB6 Differential. The Quaife LSD will eliminate most traction problems associated with extra power and inside wheel spin etc, crucial on big power builds. The Quaife automatic torque biasing (ATB) differential enables your car to accelerate quicker and corner faster.

How? By getting the power to the ground!

The Quaife Differential powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. With an ordinary open differential, standard on most cars, a lot of precious power is wasted during wheelspin under acceleration. This happens because the open differential shifts power to the wheel with less grip (along the path of least resistance). The Quaife, however, does just the opposite. It senses which wheel has the better grip, and biases the power to that wheel. It does this smoothly and constantly, and without ever completely removing power from the other wheel.

- New Genuine Ford Ring Gear Bolts

- Genuine Ford 75w90 Gearbox Oil

 

We also offer the following as optional extras:

Please Note: This gearbox is fitted on an exchange basis, we require a low mileage used gearbox in exchange for this unit. If your current gearbox is either high mileage, in poor condition or broken, please contact us for a price.

Before installation we will require your car for a short test drive to confirm the gearbox is in good working order and acceptable as an exchange unit. 

Stock can vary so please get in touch regarding a lead time if you require the unit immediately.
