Manufactured exclusively for Pumaspeed, these special edition Eibach springs have been developed specifically for the Focus ST250 and ST Diesel. As with almost all recent fast Fords the rear of the car sits quite high in relation to the front, giving it a nose heavy look along the side of the car. 

The Redline Springs lower your car's center of gravity, reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in corners and excessive nose-dive under braking. When combined with aftermarket wheels and tires, the Redline kit transforms the looks and. The ST Diesel suffers from excessive wheel-well clearance,  This kit resolves that while keeping the car compliant on bumpy B-Roads.

Building on what we have learnt and developed from our previous special edition Redline spring sets for the Fiesta and Focus ranges, we have worked tirelessly with Eibach UK to offer a set of springs that allows the car to sit a little more level than stock and give the Focus ST Diesel fantastic stance and road presence, even on stock wheels. The legendary Eibach ride quality ensures that they are not too harsh for even UK roads and give a great balance between performance handling and ride comfort. The springs are available in a nitrous blue or race red style powder coating with the specific exclusive Eibach part number printed on them.

 

Which kit is better, H&R or Eibach Special Edition?

At Pumaspeed, we have owned 2 development Focus ST Diesels, and we thought it sensible to test both lowering kits so we could advise customers as to our preference going forward. We found the H&R kit sat a little too low at the front and didn't have the travel to clear larger speed bumps without the crash and bang feeling. The Eibach sits at only 25-30mm lower at the front in comparison to the much lower H&R so ends up soaking the harshness away quite naturally, the spring rates are also far more forgiving on regular UK roads. For these reasons, plus the level stance, go Eibach!
