Release the flow from your Ford Fiesta Mk8 ST Engine with an R-Sport De-Cat Downpipe!

The stock catalyst and downpipe of the Mk8 Fiesta ST are manufactured in one piece, the R-Sport downpipe carries over this one piece design for easy fitment everytime. The stock downpipe suffers from a restrictive bend and in places a very small 48mm internal bore. This becomes critical to replace at stage 2 levels of power as the 48mm small bore is nowhere near the optimum flow rate of the standard Fiesta ST Mk8 Turbocharger.

The larger bore size of the R-Sport De-Cat down Pipe is 76mm, and being amongst the largest on the market, it has over 100% more capacity to generate added power. This is the perfect way to add flow and power to all world variants of the 2018 onwards Mk8 Fiesta ST. 

What are the additional options?

MIL Cheater

The MIL Cheater Elbow is a small metal device that relocates the secondary lambda probe (Post Catalyst), away from the direct flow of the exhaust gases. This causes the probe to read a less accurate signal which will then not trigger the ECU into recognising the catalyst is being less efficient than the ECU would allow. In short, the MIL light or De-Cat light as some call it will be much less prone to coming on for the cat not being there.

Downpipe Clamp/Gasket

When replacing the downpipe on the ST Mk8, there is a sealing gasket and a clamp that avoids any harmful exhaust gasses escaping from the exhaust system and entering the cabin of the car. Although Ford state this clamp/gasket is reusable, we recommend replacing this each time the downpipe is removed, to guarantee a perfect seal.  

*Please Note: You will require a Stage 2 remap to run this downpipe correctly, we recommend the MAXD Stage 2R calibration.
