This product has been created to ensure any warranty claims run without issue. Should you wish to return an item under warranty, the following process must be followed:

1. Log in to your account on www.pumaspeed.co.uk
2. Add this Pumaspeed Performance Warranty Claim Form to your basket
3. Purchase the product (£0.01 cost, £0.00 postage) 
4. Print out the invoice (that will include your contact details, address details etc)
5. Send the item back to us, with the invoice included*

 

Please be sure to include as much information as possible within the package before sending it to Pumaspeed HQ, dates, times, mileage (if applicable) in order for us to process and move your warranty claim forward as quick as we can. 

*If the invoice is not included with the item when it is returned to us, we will be unable to process your warranty claim.
