Who it is for. Recovery operators, slide-bed and tilt-tray trucks, plant and farm yards, and serious 4x4 builds. 13,500 lb is the capacity that pulls a loaded car onto a bed on its own, drags a dead van with seized brakes, and recovers a 4x4 from a bog without a snatch block. If you fit one winch to a recovery truck, this is the one.

Why this one. The V2 control box moves the solenoid pack to a sealed IP67 unit you can mount where it stays dry. Two wireless remotes keep you clear of the rope under load, and the wired wander lead is there for the day a remote battery dies. The 6.1 HP series-wound motor and 265:1 three-stage planetary gearbox are built for repeated pulls, not one rescue a year.

Why synthetic rope. Synthetic rope is lighter, floats, and will not splinter or store energy like steel, so it is the safer line for roadside work and the choice for most operators.
