The new generation of ST180 Fiesta EcoBoost is perfect to tune. Add some simple breathing modifications and calibrate the ecu and the engine responds with a great urge without over stressing anything.
Customers can select from the following Super Safe MAXD Stage 2 mappings that will utilise the full airflow of the Stock Turbo and any hardware modifications that are installed.Typical power levels are dependant on the quality of the hardware but will range from 225 - 245.

Stage 2  low boost (1.25-1.3 bar) map suitable to run 95 octane fuel and 230 bhp 325 nm
Stage 2+ low boost (1.25-1.3 bar) map suitable to run 98-99 octane fuel and 238 bhp 345 nm
Stage 2R  Higher Boost Race style mapping (1.4-1.45 bar) suitable for 98-99 octane fuel and 245 bhp 370-380 nm
 

This Pumaspeed Stage 2 workshop installed Software will tune all the ignition ,fuel and torque settings within the ECU to enable all the hardware modifications to work in total harmony,this will lift power by over 50bhp or much more on a car with additional hardware such as downpipes intercoolers, air filters etc.
It can be used on a totally stock engine , no need to modify any engine internals

 

 

 

The Demo car has been fitted with all the power stages of kit but is now running around 270-275 bhp with the full PS270 kit.

What do we do and how long does the EcoBoost Remap take ?
We Plug into the vehicles OBD port and read the ECU data. We then update your specific data with the new Pumaspeed mapping data and import it back into your ECU via the OBD port again. All this usually within the hour.

Whats after the Stage 2 Remap ?
We have a Stage 3 remap and Stage 3 Plus that have been developed specifically for use with many other hardware modifications such as the Pumaspeed Stage 2 or Stage 3 Hybrid Turbo.
