  MAXD PS370 - Aggressive remap specifically for cars with the full bolt ons Stock Injectors and stock turbos.
 MAXD PS400 - Aggressive remap specifically for cars with the full bolt ons 650cc Injectors and stock turbos.
 

You Also Get a Free Update to the very Latest CL version software with the MAXD tuning Box
For all 2009-2011 vehicles with any firmware version before CL  MAXD have written a conversion file that allows the car to have the updated CL 2011 version  firmware. Once this free upgrade is performed the car will have genuine Ford OE CLsoftware. After this update any of the new files can be uploaded to the early car without a trip to the Ford agent.

MAXD can offer these special mapping for all RS Focus.
MAXD PS400 - Smooth progressive road remap specifically for cars with the full bolt ons and 650cc injectors.
MAXD PS425 - Aggressive remap specifically for PS400 cars with the high volume 340lph fuel pump.
Piston and Rod Conversions are advised for all the below conversions.
  MAXD PS445 - Aggressive remap specifically for PS400 cars with the high volume 340lph fuel pump and Stage 1 hybrid turbos.
  MAXD PS475 - Aggressive remap specifically for PS400 cars with the high volume 340lph fuel pump and Stage 2 hybrid turbos and Stage 1 Camshafts
  MAXD PS500 - Aggressive remap specifically for PS400 cars with the add high volume 340lph fuel pump and Stage 3 hybrid turbos and Stage 2 Camshafts

The Mapping device - FAQ's


Do i need to send my ECU or open the ECU to program the car ?
  - No, the MAXD Tuning box allows you to communicate with the car and upload update files and stock files and of course the tuning files.
 Can the box be used to turn my vehicle back to the original stock file at any time ?
  - Yes, the box allows you to store the original file and then allows you to install your stock mapping any time you need.
What happens to my stock mapping ?
 -  We will send the very latest Stock ECU file coded 'CL' so the car can be put to stock at any time you wish
What if my car is already mapped?
 - Your ECU will be updated by the MAXD tuning system, what ever file is on the car will be over written and lost.
 Is the Software easy DIY install on and off the car ?
  - Yes the custom software is very simple to use and runs on any Windows XP ,Vista or 7 laptop.
 Can I upgrade the maps to a higher level ?
 - Yes the benefit of the system is that MAXD can easily send you upgraded files from the above list.
Can MAXD write a custom file to suit my list of mods ?
 - Yes the in house calibration specialists at MAXD can tailor a mapping to suit you and your driving style. Whilst MAXD research and development does run through most case scenarios there will always be the requirement for that one off special.They can also custom tune your own car if you are willing to travel to them or can datalog the car and send the info to head office.
Can i use the device on more than one vehicle ?
 - No the MAXD device locks itself you your vehicles VIN number and cannot be used on another vehicle, it has 1 life only and should remain with the vehicle when sold.
Can I use different fuels ?
-  The  mappings are written to run on 98/99 octane UK fuel. They can be safely used on 95 octane fuel in daily use as we leave a very high percentage of knock control in the mapping. Full throttle and high load should be avoided when using low grade fuels on any mappings not just the MAXD Ultimate series
Does the mapping affect the immobilizer ?
 - MAXD maps will not affect the vehicle immobilizer in any way.
Can I download a stock map?
 - If your car has already been mapped elsewhere and you want to return it to standard, MAXD provide a standard tune for this purpose.
