Kelford Performance Camshafts - GR Yaris - G16E-GTS

The very best camshafts available for this engine. Made from a single billet of tool steel they not only increase performance they increase reliability. We use the 267-A camshaft in our race car after finding a lobe had moved on the original camshaft. The original camshafts are a cheaply made design consisting of a tube that the lobes are heated and pressed onto, unlike other manufacturers Toyota have not employed any type of locking mechanism so under extreme use the lobes can move on the shaft causing all manner of problems. We wasted an entire race season chasing this fault, don't be the next person to waste your time! Kelford's cams made from a single billet cannot move! 

Multiple Profiles Available

267-EZ - 258/258 degrees advertised duration with 11.5mm lift on the intake and 11.5mm lift on the exhaust. These give a nice boost over stock and can be easily profiled with a remapped ecu or aftermarket standalone. In most instances these camshafts are giving 30bhp increases at the same boost level on standard turbos or hybrid turbos based on the standard frame. They will work with stock springs but we strongly advise you match these with kelford valve springs.

267-A - 266/274 degrees advertised duration with 11.5mm lift on the intake and 11.5mm lift on the exhaust. Requires wildly different VVT timing so will take a skilled tuner to profile on the stock ecu, aftermarket standalone advised. Must be matched with kelford valve springs. Suited to 350-500hp, 8000rpm and 30psi when matched with the spring kit.

267-B - 276/286 degrees advertised duration with 11.5mm lift on the intake and 11.5mm lift on the exhaust. Requires wildly different VVT timing so will take a skilled tuner to profile on the stock ecu, aftermarket standalone advised. Must be matched with kelford valve springs. Suited to 500-700hp on large frame turbo kits when matched with the spring kit.

267-C - 282/290 degrees advertised duration with 11.7mm lift on the intake and 11.7mm lift on the exhaust. Drag camshafts for professional engine builders only, these have not been checked for clearance against standard pistons with standard head gaskets. VVT cannot be retained, it must be locked at the advised specs on the included cam card. Special order - Cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered
