Eliminate the most common point of winch failure with this Heavy Duty 500A Solenoid Upgrade. If your winch is "clicking" but not turning, or your old solenoid pack has corroded, this modern monoblock contactor is the ultimate solution.

Designed as a direct upgrade for the older, unreliable "twin can" solenoids found on many winches, this single sealed unit is rated to handle a massive 500 Amps continuous load. This makes it suitable for almost all 12V electric winches from 8,000lbs right up to 17,000lbs. Fully waterproof and shock-resistant, it is built to survive deep water crossings and the harsh vibration of off-road driving.

Fully Waterproof: The solid housing is sealed to IP67 standards, protecting the internal silver contacts from water, mud, and road grime that typically kill standard relays.

Universal Compatibility: Works with any 12V DC Series Wound winch (3-terminal motor) and Permanent Magnet winch (2-terminal motor). Compatible with major brands like Warn, Ramsey, Superwinch, Warrior, and generic recovery winches.

Longer Life: Solid-state construction reduces arcing and contact wear, ensuring your winch works every time you press the button.

Easy Installation: Features a standard mounting bracket and simple 4-post terminal layout for a straightforward retrofit into your existing control box.

Wiring Note "Simple Retrofit." This unit uses a standard 4-terminal layout (Battery Positive, Battery Negative, Motor F1, Motor F2) plus small spade terminals for your switch. It fits easily inside most control boxes to replace bulky older units.
