The Fiesta ST MK8 Fuel Pump (AA) version is known to have supply issues low down in the revs, poor mapping on many cars can highlight this issue and lead to serious fuel pressure dips from as low as 1800 to 3000 revs. Low pressure can bring on misfires and eventually cause serious engine damage if not rectified.

This Puma ST (AB) version fuel pump is reported by some to have a little more flow and in some mappings helped cure the low pressure problems. This part is a genuine OEM replacement from Ford.
