The Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 (Mk7 ST). It uses a large diameter Ram Air high flow, pleated synthetic nanofibre filter with a bigger surface area than the original.

The MAF housing is CNC machined by Forge in Gloucester and gently tapered inside for maximum flow, while matching the original layout so it does not bring on the engine light. A laser cut, powder coated aluminium shield sits under the filter and directs the air coming in through the bonnet slam panel around it.

Forge measured gains of up to 11bhp with an engine remap, which is usually needed to make the most of the extra air flow. It can be ordered on its own or with the Forge silicone inlet hose in black or red. The filter itself is not covered by the Forge lifetime warranty; replacement filters are available.
