Hybrid Turbochargers don't get any better than the X-47R, the key secret to extracting power from the New 1.6 ecoboost Fiesta ST is exhaust flow, and the unique 45mm exhaust wheel is without doubt the highest flowing wheel available.
Pumaspeed have completed development and mapping of the X-47R billet hybrid turbo, it produces massive torque and power far greater than any other hybrid unit.

The Low Down Spool times are way in front of anything else and allows over 4300 revs of gut wrenching power that no-one else can get close to.

The base numbers you will want to know:

-305 plus Wheel bhp
-400 plus NM torque
-Best Drag times by Pumspeed and others 12.60,12.63,12.67...
-Best Terminal Speed Quarter mile 116.0mph, 115.2mph

The smooth torque delivery will give you plenty of low down grunt and in gear pace for overtaking. This 330-340 kit is the be all end all of hybrid Systems for the Fiesta ST, transforming the car into a track capable, daily monster.
Our own STR300 with the smaller X-37 turbo proved its self at Croft circuit, surpassing everything on track including a 375+bhp highly tuned Astra VXR track car and hanging on the tails of a Nissan Skyline, see the two videos below.
 

Will the engine survive this power increase?
The stock Ecoboost motor can run well over 300 bhp with very little extra stress.
The MAXD-OUT Stage 3 tuning software runs no more turbo boost (1.4-1.45 bar) than the stock 180 PS to make a sensible 270-275bhp.
The MAXD-OUT Stage 3+ tuning software runs a little more boost (1.55-1.65 bar) and creates 295-300bhp.
The MAXD-OUT Stage 3R X-47 tuning software runs a little more boost (1.6-1.7 bar) and creates 325-345bhp.
The MAXD tuning box allows you total control and the ability to swap in and out of any of the mappings so throught normal week you can low boost and at the track run high boost.

To ensure that the standard Diverter Valve can withstand the increased boost we highly recommend the use of the GFB DV+ with this Hybrid Turbo.

Will the Pumaspeed power kit sacrifice longevity and economy?
The MAXD-OUT Stage 3R X-47 mapping does not affect low level throttle input, so in turn will not affect economy figures. Of course when under hard acceleration the engine will demand more fuel to cope with the new flat boost curve and economy will be affected.
