With Focus ST and RS engine being pushed to and beyond their limits, we’ve had requests to supply replacement steel liners for them. We use the best name in the business; Darton!
The Darton sleeve kit is just what you need to rescue a damaged engine from the scrap yard. No need to source a second hand engine, or pay ridiculous prices for a new engine, rebuild the one you have!
The RS and ST sleeve kits can be delivered to you and you can arrange your own machining and fitting, or alternatively, you can send your block to us and we send it to Darton for you to be machined and have liners fitted.

Please note, if using the Darton liner fitting option, you must supply the block cleaned and stripped for inspection and fitting. Any blocks identified to be unsuitable for this service will still be subject to charges for labour and shipping.
