AIRTEC Motorsport Air-Con Delete Kit for Focus ST/RS Mk2 & Volvo C30 T5

For those looking to extract the very best performance from their Mk2 Focus ST/RS or Volvo C30 T5, the AIRTEC Motorsport air-con delete kit helps to reduce engine parasitic loss, improving response and horsepower, as well as reducing unwanted weight and removing clutter from the engine bay.

This comprehensive kit includes a carefully machined alloy pulley, to directly replace the air-con pump unit, along with specially crafted CNC machined brackets, new auxiliary belts and all of the fixtures and fittings required to safely remove the entire air-con system.

Componants:

Italian -made SKF bearings (part number 6004-2Z/C3 and uses two belts: 5PK 860 and 5PK 875.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This kit is recommended for Motorsport use only and is not intended for road use.
  
• A sump bolt will need to be removed to fit but the air-con delete bracket provides adequate pressure due to the three-point fixing system.
  
• We highly recommend the under tray is retained to prevent water ingress and unwanted debris entering the pulleys and causing potential engine failure.
  
• Only attempt to fit this kit if you have good mechanical knowledge/understanding. If not, it should be fitted by a professional/specialist.
