The F80 M3 and F82 M4 share the S55B30 engine. This 3.0 inline-6 engine was specifically built with these two cars in mind. Standard output on these engines is 425hp, these are a very tuneable unit, and considering this engine is now shared with the M2 Competition, tuning these engines has never been better.With the right upgrades, these S55 powered motors can become extremely potent rivals to the likes of supercars, with over 550bhp capable on the stock engine.
