Reconditioned here in the UK we have these Ford 1.0 GTDi EcoBoost Service Engines in stock to suit all 1.0 EcoBoost applications including Ford Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, B-Max, C-Max, EcoSport and Transit Connect/Courier.

We have a limited supply of these engines as a one off scoop purchase, when they are sold out they are sold out!

Engine Surcharge Explained:

An engine exchange is required for this product - please contact us for more info especially for export customers,the exchange product is your old 1.0 EcoBoost engine - it does not matter what condition it is in, providing the same parts are within the box (block/head etc.)

There is an engine surcharge associated with this product, you have 3 options:

Send your exchange engine first (No surcharge to pay)
Send your exchange unit afterwards - MOST POPULAR (£300+VAT exchange fee payable at checkout, which is then refunded upon return of the exchange engine)
No exchange to send (£400+VAT exchange fee payable at checkout)

Please note it is your responsibility to bring or ship the exchange engine back to us within 30 days of receiving your reconditioned engine. Shipping back is not included within the price above. It is imperative you ensure your engine is fully drained of oil before shipping as couriers can and will refuse collection/delivery if any oil leaks in transit.

What's included and will it fit my vehicle?

As you can see from the images these reconditioned engines are in the crate ready to ship out or be fitted. These 1.0 EcoBoost units are fitted in all Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, B-Max, C-Max, Ecosport etc from 2012 to 2019, they will fit and run in all 100PS 125PS 140PS vehicles. If you have any doubts please contact us with your registration number and we can check this engine is compatible.

If you choose to have your engine sent out, it is delivered as photographed with no ancillary parts attached, everything else needs to be transferred from your current engine.

What's the process of reconditioning?

A reconditioned engine is one which has been stripped and disassembled, cleaned and may have some damaged parts replaced before being rebuilt and ready for sale. Being the UK's EcoBoost engine specialist, we only use the best parts to recondition our motors for your peace of mind.

The all important oil pump is replaced with a genuine Ford unit, as well as the cambelt and tensioner. All relevant gaskets and sealants are replaced with the correct genuine Ford items.

Big end and main bearings are all replaced as are the piston rings and the crankshaft is polished to ensure perfect fitment. Finally the head is pressure tested and skimmed with new valve and valve stem seals, meaning no leaks or issues later in the vehicles life.

Fitting:

If you require your 1.0 EcoBoost engine to be fitted, no problem. Our fully trained and qualified technicians can install your reconditioned engine from start to finish here at Pumaspeed HQ in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We can even arrange a fully insured collection of your vehicle from anywhere in mainland UK for a competitive price.

The process involves installing the all important reconditioned 1.0 EcoBoost engine, new oil, new spark plugs and new injectors (if required). We will also perform an in depth vehicle health and diagnostic check to report back on any problem areas with your vehicle. Typical time scales for this is around a 1 week turn around.

*Please note - The warranty provided with the reconditioned engines (6 months or 6,000 miles) is with the engine builder, and not Pumaspeed. Full warranty terms are provided with the engine, please be sure to read these in detail before unpackaging, and fitting the engine. Pumaspeed are not liable for any costs if the warranty terms have not been followed.

Please be aware that on rare occasions problems can occur that are out of our control; such as seized or snapped bolts due to age or wear.
