Brand new from the guys at Pumaspeed Racing is this incredible Hot Side Big Boost Pipe Kit and Dump Valve Kit to suit all Puma ST ,all Fiesta ST Mk8 and 8.5  (2019 onwards) without a Diverter Valve in the Pipe Just after the turbo.

This is the only one proven to over 330bhp on our own X48 Powered Demo cars and Track Monsters.
This is the only kit with a true large bore adapter DIRECTLY FROM THE TURBOCHARGER

Manufactured from premium aluminium CNC and huge 2.5 inch pipework in your choice of polished silver or satin black, these allow for the ultimate air flow around the intercooler setup of your Fiesta ST Mk8.
Covering only the hot side this new Big Boost Pipe Kit removes the restrictions caused by the tiny stock boost pipes, critical on 300bhp+ setups such as the X47R and X48R turbos.

The stock Clip on Exit of the ST Mk8 turbo has a very small plastic pipe with a weak green seal inside, once moved the original green seal can easily be damaged and more often than not leaks and allows oil and grit to make the issue even worse. Our revolutionary CNC Adaptor seen below is a one stop clip on fitment that includes two High Temp O-Rings for double the seal and double the reliability. Dont settle for anything less and dont rely on the stock green seal which many other Mk8 Hot Side Boost Pipe Kit use, The OE seal will let you Down and is not sold by Ford separately

The Unique Custom Designed Silicone Adapter is Designed Specifcally to Allow the pipework to flex and Stop the cracking that all Rigid systems can suffer from.

 

We have seen up to a 12bhp gain in 2 years of pre launch testing of just Hot Side kit, when we changed the cold side it made zero difference to power,  even on 330bhp cars we found the cold side to be plenty big enough. In Fact going bigger on the cold side can lead to more lag which conteracts the whole idea of going faster.


Why have we taken the step to add a 25mm Universal Outlet and Alloy Bung on the Silicone.?
The stock  2019-2023 car has no dump Valve at all, Ford have done some trickery in the ECU to limit compressor stall.
After seeing hundreds of these cars in our workshops weve seen more than a few turbo failures. Many of these failures can be attributed to thrust bearing problems.
What can cause a thrust bearing problem ? Compressor stall can.
What can assist to prevent compressor stall ? A Dump Valve.


So yes we have made this outlet the perfect size so you can easily and cheaply pick up a 25mm Dump Valve or BOV, as some people call them, which will help reduce turbo failures. You will need Our Unique Turbo Reference Adaptor and some Silicone vacuum line but this will be available as an option very soon for this post 2019 car kit.

Please note: The R-Sport big boost pipes are supplied as default with a 25mm DV bung, for all pre 2019 cars with the early engine and Electric DV we do a full fit that allows re-circulation of the DV gases back into the entry of the turbo just the same way the pre 2019 car are fitted by the Factory.
