The brand new MAXD Pro tuning handset allows you total control of your vehicles ECU calibration without the use of any Windows PC to switch maps. With over 5,000 MAXD devices across all platforms sold worldwide for various Ford models you couldn't be in safer hands.

This stage 4-5R version of the MAXD device to suit your Fiesta ST180 Mk7 contains a super safe engine calibration that runs a lift in boost over the stock mapping to suit the X-Series range of 57-58EVO 2 turbos but lifts torque and peak performance significantly by up to 220bhp and 190nm at peak levels to make the car feel enourmously quick. The torque delivery below 2700rpm is a little lower due to the physical size and lag of the turbo, when power comes in its not wasted by wheelspin, once above this point in the rev range the additional power and torque is relentless and makes an incredible difference in day to day and Track / Race driving. We have even seen cars of up to 420bhp with the correct modifications fitted!

Not only has this tune proven itself to have the best performance increases available on the Fiesta ST180 Mk7, the Pro Handset features a unique ability to switch maps without the use of a laptop. So whether you're wanting to switch maps for your next track session, your favourite back road, or simply to a different octane rating of fuel, it can be done anywhere in the world, even with out an internet connection or power supply.

Please remember this car was only running a mild progressive boost file and as it had a stock engine, we didnt want to push it past 7400 revs and endanger the customers engine. If this engine was forged and or pushed to beyond 7500 revs and boosted to 1.85-1.9 bar it would make over 400 bhp without issue.

Stage 4-5R Cat Safe Crackle (High Boost) - Up to 345bhp and 410nm (99 RON), including an addictive sports cat safe overrun burble!

Stage 4-5R (High Boost) - Up to 345bhp and 410nm (99 RON), the ultimate remap to suit your hybrid turbo, tuned ST180!

Stage 4-5 (Mid Boost) - Up to 325bhp and 390nm (95 & 99 RON), the ideal map to get the best out of non-premium fuel.

Stage 4-5 (Low Boost) - Up to 300bhp and 380nm (95 & 99 RON), entry level low boost map, designed for devastatingly fast daily driving.

Valet - Limited to a low speed, low boost level and low rev limit to restrict abuse.

Anti Theft - Prevents the car from being started, even with the key!

This Pro Handset can be used on the following turbos without uprated injectors: X47, X47R, X48R, X57, S280, S270, S242, VT330R, RT330.

Is the MAXD mapping warranty safe?

- Yes we believe so, the MAXD Pro handset has a unique feature, it allows you to read and store the original stock file on the device itself. This stored file can, at any time, be re-installed onto the car and the vehicle taken into Ford for any recall works with no footprint.

Is the handset easy to use and install on and off the car?

- Absolutely, the device needs very little user interaction. Once the initial install is complete which requires the use of a Windows PC, and the maps programmed to the device, the handset can be used as a standalone remapping device with very straightforward instuctions included.

Can I upgrade the maps to a higher level?

- Yes the benefit of the Pro system is that MAXD can easily send you upgraded files from the stage 4 catalogue as you upgrade the hardware to suit, for just a small cost.

Can MAXD write a custom file to suit my list of mods?

- Yes the in house calibration specialists at MAXD can tailor a mapping to suit you and your driving style. Whilst MAXD research and development does run through most case scenarios there will always be the requirement for that one off special, please get in touch for pricing and availability on any custom maps.

Can I use the device on more than one vehicle?

- The MAXD Pro handset locks itself to your vehicles VIN number and cannot be used on another vehicle until it has been unpaired from that original vehicle. In the event you come to sell your car, you can unpair the handset and reuse on your next car, or sell the device on.

Can I use different fuels?

- MAXD maps are available for 95 RON, 98/99 RON and by request 102 RON high quality fuel. We make them freely available but warn that running the wrong fuel to mapping combination can be dangerous.

Does the mapping affect the immobiliser?

- MAXD maps will not affect the vehicle immobiliser in any way.

Do we think its the best?

- The simple answer is YES, Pumaspeed and internet forum owner testing has shown all the MAXD mappings to be higher powered than every other branded mapping, including some very well known names.
