Subframe Alignment—The Foundational Mod for the Fiesta ST MK7 & MK8 When dropping the front subframe bolts on our own Fiesta ST MK8 and ST180 development cars, we were shocked to find just how misaligned the factory subframe was from the body.

To fix this inherent factory flaw, engineers developed a precision top-hat locator kit for both the main subframe and front subframe bolts. The results speak for themselves. If you are serious about handling, this is an essential upgrade.

Why does it matter? Ask any race team: a perfectly square chassis-to-subframe setup is critical before you even think about adjusting toe, camber, or caster. Without this locking kit, any wheel alignment you do is simply compensating for a crooked chassis.
