Competition Clutch's Organic MPC Twin Disc Clutch Kit is their newest and best multi-plate clutch. Utilising high capacity uprated organic drive plates, a chromoly steel flywheel, and steel cover assembly , this kit is intended to offer significantly enhanced torque capacity, whilst still offering easy driveability and a not overly stiff pedal.

The MPC range is Competition Clutch's newest range of multiplate clutches. A Competition Clutch MPC Organic Clutch Kit offers a combination of higher torque capacity and outstanding driveability.

The use of two organic drive plates gives this clutch a significantly increased torque capacity, but retains similar engagement characteristics to the original equipment clutch fitted in the car. This means that it will feel near OE-like for daily driving. Unlike some other uprated clutches, this clutch retains user-friendly engagement characteristics. Perfect for use in traffic or whilst parking.

Because much of the higher torque rating comes from combining two drive plates, the clutch doesn't have to be sprung overly stiff. The cover assembly is machined from steel, for strength.

This makes this clutch the best of both worlds. Able to hold much higher torque, but without being unpleasant in daily use.

Also included is one of competition clutch's lightweight flywheels. Precision machined from 4140 Chromoly steel, these are hard-wearing and durable. The lightweight range retain a sensible amount of mass in the flywheel. Enough is shaved off to improve shifting characteristics and make the engine zingier, but not enough to make the car difficult to drive at low speeds.
