The secret is out: MAXD Revision 2 software for the ST180 and ST250.

MAXD’s new Revision 2 calibrations went on general release on 3 November 2014. MAXD V2.0 for the ST180: 236bhp (206whp) and 341.2Nm at Stage 2, without pushing the boost past the safety point.

The MAXD custom software has already proved itself with some very special results, the 300bhp Fiesta ST180 in figure 1 below for example. The smooth, effortless power and torque delivery enhances the way the car pushes on the open road, and now, with new ECU secrets discovered, MAXD can offer even higher factory-like calibrations. The secret to extracting safe, reliable power is not to increase boost past the safety point, and none of the Revision 2 software pushes boost beyond that level. Focus ST250

The Mk3 Focus ST250 is a very capable car in standard form, delivering tremendous pace and keeping up with the big boys on the road. MAXD have developed a range of calibrations that turn “keeping up” into obliterating the opposition. Staggering amounts of torque have been extracted from this engine: with breathing upgrades, MAXD Stage 2 can deliver up to 470Nm and 290bhp, giving you plenty of pulling power to play with.
