Yaris Syvecs Kit 345bhp on Pump Fuel

Results are in for the Yaris Syvecs kit

What power and features do we include as standard ?
3 maps

1 1.4 bar boost
2 1.6 bar boost
3 1.8 bar boost

What hardware have we selected for the Pumaspeed Syvecs 345bhp kit ?

Air Filter Kit  -
Pipercross Panel filter Only
Induction Hoses - Stock Toyota
Intercooler - Pumaspeed Racing Re-Active
Boost Pipes - Pumaspeed Racing 57mm with Very Important Throttle Elbow
Cat Back Exhaust System - Pumaspeed Racing Resonated System
Cat and OPF  - Milltek Sport decat and Resonated OPF Delete

Nothing else is added to the car to add performance.

Are there any limits to the power shown ?

Yes, the Green (1.8 bar) and Orange (1.6 bar) lines on the graph clearly stop climbing at around 6000 revs. We believe the Standard Vacuum Turbo Actuator is simply not strong enough to hold back the internal back presure within the exhaust manifold. in other words the actuator is blowing open and bleeding boost and power away.
If the actuator were adjusted to be stronger vacuum or indeed a presure type system we believe the stock turbo with MAXDOUT mapping on the syvecs ECU could make an additional 15-20 bhp without too much issue.

How long does it take to do ?

whats it all cost ?
