Ford Racing Uprated FORD Front 'A' Arm Rear Bush (pair)
I had my Puma re bushed with a set of these and powerflex bushes for the rest of the car, and it does make a worthwhile difference - sharpens things up. Gives a sort of new-car feel to the handling.
