With Ford Fair Looming Close its allways good to showcase the raft of new and up comming products from the never ending develpment at Pumaspeed Performance.
The two latest offerings from Milltek Sport will be
'Fiesta Mk7 Dual exit Focus Mk2 style cat back system 'with the planned launch date of 2nd September 2010 and the
'Focus RS mk2 2009 EC-Aprooved 'TUV' systems' which have just started shippment into europe August 2010
(pre orders will be taken at the Ford Fair show and via the web shop in the Mk7 fiesta exhaust section).
The development schedule for the Pumaspeed Focus RS 400 power kit has concluded with some fantastic results and differing maps.
Customers will be able to choose from 3 mapping versions all of which have the 400bhp power level but have different torque settings the help driveabilty.
400RS - Road based mapping with full 400bhp high boost and 580nm - We think this is too severe for most customers as have seen uncontrolable wheel spin at 3400 revs
400R - Road based mapping with full 400bhp and 565nm. - Recomended
400T - Track based mapping with full 398bhp and 525nm. The lower mid range torque outputs are to assist in smooth corner exits as Pumaspeed found uncontrolable torque outputs affected Track times
New for the ST150 is the ST190 Plus kit.
Testing of a newer camshaft profile has finished with average power gains of 4.5 bhp and a newer mapping to suit via the familiar SCT Tuning box system adding to the drivability. The simple addition to the 182 or 190 kit is available now as a no cost option to the existing 190 kit or an upgrade to the 250 customer allready fitted with the 182 kit.
The Pumaspeed Team Will be available throughout the Sunday 8th August at the silverstone race circuit to answer all questions and will be showing many of our own Demonstration cars including the 400T mapped Clubsport Focus RS Mk2 and the Dual Exit Fiesta Mk7
