The new Ultimate Tapered Inlet Manifold for the Focus RS and ST 225 has taken many many months to perfect, its not a square box as many others have built, it is a genuine evolution in CAD development that has taken no less than 37 different design changes and flow tests to perfect.

As Pumaspeed developed their new ULTIMATE Iinlet manifold, their team of experts discovered that the standard issue RS Mk2 Push Fit Manifold Adaptor suplpied with most inlets was just too tight.

Leading suplpiers of Manifolds such as Mountune and Sitech supplied their manifolds with the cheaper 12mm adaptors. When fitting the inlet Manifold plenum to customer Focus RS and ST we found that opting for this cheaper poor quality part meant a unnecessarily tight fit and led to confusion and potential damage when installing the Inlet Manifold.

Having sampled the other suplpiers out there, the Pumaspeed Team sourced a 12.5 mm Imperial 1/2 inch Push Fit Manifold Adaptor for all RS MK2 Inlets which does the job far more efficently and effectively. We strongly recommend you add this part onto your inlet and enjoy this cheap bolt on as soon as possible.

Please Note the thread size is 3/8 BSP , we have seen some Sitech units with smaller thread sizes which would need tapping out
